Rosemary Watermelonade
Create this mouth-watering combination of fresh watermelon and Herbalife Collagen Drink in just minutes.
Ingredients:
- 4 Scoops Herbalife Collagen Drink, Strawberry Lemonade
- 4 Cups chopped watermelon
- 230 mL Fresh lemon juice
- 430 mL Water
- 430 mL Sparkling water
- 2 Sprigs fresh rosemary
Method:
How to prepare:
1. In a small saucepan, bring 430 mL of water a boil. Turn off water, add 2 sprigs fresh rosemary & let infuse for 30 minutes. Alternatively, use a kettle to heat up water, and pour over fresh rosemary in a saucepan.
2. Juice fresh lemons & strain to remove pulp or seeds.
3. Puree the watermelon in a blender. Add a splash of water if needed. Add 4 scoops Herbalife Collagen Drink Strawberry Lemonade, then puree altogether.
4. Combine rosemary-infused water, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and watermelon puree with Collagen Drink in a pitcher. Mix thoroughly.
5. Serve puree over ice & top with sparkling water.
6. If you have extra puree, pour into ice cube trays & freeze for later use.
