Ingredients:

  • • 28 g Herbalife24 Formula 1 Sport
  • • 2 Tbs Cottage Cheese
  • • Juice of 1 lemon
  • • 4 Tbsp Desiccated coconut

Method:

1.         Combine all ingredients in a blender

2.         Slowly add water to create a dough-like texture

3.         Remove from blender and roll mixture into 4 balls
